Our maintenance agreements are a must-have to keep you cool in the summer and warm and toasty in the winter while saving you considerable amounts of money. They will also ensure your home remains safe from leaks throughout the seasons. We feature the following products and services:
Diamond Club - $189 per year
Plumbing Service Maintenance: Two visits per year
Check all sinks and toilets for visible signs of leakage- Check water heaters for age and visible signs of leakage
- Check main water shut off valve and hose bib shut offs
- Winterize or dewinterize hose bibs
- Make recommendations for repairs or replacements before they become
emergencies
Diamond Club Plus - $189 per year/ per system
HVAC Service Maintenance: Two visits per year
- Check indoor and outdoor coils and fans
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check thermostat operation
- Seasonal start up
